The Vietnam Veterans of America Dogwood chapter 991 Palestine,TX. is proud to announce the winner of our last donation drawing of 2012. Mr.Barry Bingham of Jacksonville,TX. Congratulations Sir. Once again our communities here in East Texas have stepped up and provided the much needed funds to help us reach our goal of twelve one thousand dollar scholarships, all to be given to our area students. As always we cannot say enough about our supporter and partner Buffalo Sporting Goods located in Buffalo TX. and their owner Mr. Archie Van Wey. Archie has offered his continuous help with our drawings every year since their inception. In the Photograph from left to right are Archie Van Wey, our winner of the Ruger 10/22 fully customized, Mr.Barry Bingham and president of the VVA chapter 991, Allan Ayo. We look forward to our upcoming drawings in 2013, with at least twelve more scholarships to our deserving east Texas students. We know from our experience that all of our six county area will support us as is always the case.
